Terms and Conditions

1. Exotic Colours PTY LTD meets its legal obligations with regard to having Workers Compensation cover.
2. Our Public Liability cover is for a maximum of $10,000,000. Certificates of currency are available on request.
3. This quotation will remain in force for a period of 30 days from the date of submission.  Should you accept our offer the quotation will remain current for the duration of the project?
4. Payment of our invoice is due 14 days following the date of the invoice.
5. During the term of the agreement or project should any new laws or regulations be introduced by any level of government resulting in previously not included charges being imposed  introduced by any level of Government our invoices will be adjusted accordingly for any increases or decreases in cost associated with these changes.
6. This proposal prepared specifically for above project and is the intellectual property of Exotic Colours PTY LTD. It is protected by copyright and it is presented in circumstances of complete confidentially. It remains the exclusive property of Exotic Colours PTY LTD and must not be given, reproduced or disseminated, to any person, public authority, institution or organisation without the express permission of Exotic Colours PTY LTD in writing.
7. Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Exotic Colours PTY LTD in recovering an outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees and solicitors costs, shall be paid by the customer.
